Emergency Tenant Handbook

In the event of a fire, call the Fire Department at 911, and then call the Management Office at 713.654.2100. Be sure to give your name, company name, floor, and suite number when calling. Fire extinguishers are located on each floor near the stairwells. 

For serious medical emergencies, an ambulance should be called at 911. If an ambulance is called, you should also call the Management Office to have an elevator available. Building employees are available to assist prior to arrival of an ambulance. For additional assistance, call the Management Office at 713.654.2100. 

FIRE WARDEN TRAINING
On occasion, the building will hold a Fire Warden Training class for the convenience of the tenants. To find out future in-house class dates, contact management at 713.654.2100.  You may also schedule a class through The City of Houston.

FIRE SAFETY
Wells Fargo Plaza and the City of Houston’s Fire Marshal’s office periodically conduct fire safety seminars to familiarize tenants with fire safety procedures. Twice a year, fire drills are conducted.
